JUAN RAMOS
Weight
training and exercise have always been a part of my life. I had
a career in the retail industry for eight years. The gym was an
escape for me. It was a time to unwind from stress. It was a
time to make my body healthy. It was a time to help myself look
better by challenging my body.
Eventually I realized I wanted my career to be what I loved to
do. My enjoyment for weight training and exercise motivated me
to pursue a career in the fitness industry. I received my
“Physical Fitness Specialist” certification from The Cooper
Institute in 2005.
I started with my first client in January, 2006. My first client
is still with me to this day. I have trained at The Turtle Creek
Athletic Club. I currently train at Energy Fitness in Uptown and
at Anytime Fitness in The Bishop Arts District.
I like to mix traditional exercise with core and balance work.
Your first session will consist of fitness assessments to
determine your absolute strength, dynamic strength and cardio
fitness. Your workout program will then be planned specifically
for your goals.
Here what our members say!
"Juan challenges me without going too far. He is very knowledgeable about how to deliver the best possible workout for his clients. I have definitely seen a difference in muscle tone and strength after working out with Juan. I would recommend Juan to anyone looking to build muscle, lose weight and generally imrpove overall health."

What our members say!
"Plain and simple – David is great. Always professional, always on time, always focused on me and my program. That said, I never feel as if I’m just one of many clients - David brings a very personalized approach to his training that is comfortable and encouraging – even when he’s “kicking my butt!” I’ve worked with other trainers before so I know what works for me and what doesn’t. David’s knowledge, professionalism and great personality suit my needs well. I find him a real asset to your program."
- Ron Brady
